That is both our wish and our motto. Whether you are staying for one night or several days, your comfortable room, fitted with modern, designer furniture, air-conditioning, and everything you could wish for, will meet your expectations.

Fittings of course include a telephone, a flat-screen TV, and a wireless broadband connection for your Notebook. The rooms also have modern sanitary facilities and in most cases a balcony or terrace.

Rooms with wheelchair access are also available.


Since the general renovation work at Klosterwald was completed our rooms have never been more inviting and cosy:

We have paid a lot of attention to detail when furnishing our rooms to make sure that your stay with us in a pleasurable one.

Come and be pampered by our attentive service staff in our cosy Bauernstube (Farmhouse parlour) or Kaminzimmer (Fireside lounge), where you can try some of our culinary specialities before you retire for a peaceful night’s sleep..

As a perfect start to the following morning, a bountiful breakfast buffet will be awaiting you.

“A beautiful & lovingly run family establishment. It is located on the edge of the forest with an adjoined animal park where alpacas and rabbits run free. The room is large & bright and comfortably furnished. Each room has a nice little balcony. The check-in was friendly & quick.
I also ordered food to the room, which was very tasty & warm and superbly presented. I can fully recommend the hotel & the restaurant. Thank you very much”

We are open daily from 10:00 am.

Our kitchen is open from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm (2:30 pm on Sundays and public holidays) and from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

In the afternoon, a small snack menu is available.

In addition, we offer a wide variety of gateaux and cakes.

All home-made of course!

At Klosterwald, all function rooms, toilets and the entire outside area have wheelchair access.
This also applies to 7 of our 15 hotel rooms.

You’ll find an e-charging station for our guests on the parking spot.
